Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By choosing a username and using SuperChatten.org you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SuperChatten.org is a free, anonymous real-time chat service. No account is required. Public room messages are stored on the server. Private direct messages (DMs) are end-to-end encrypted in your browser and are never stored on the server.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Prohibited content

The following is strictly prohibited:

• 🚫 Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported immediately to law enforcement
• 🚫 Hate speech, threats, harassment or incitement to violence
• 🚫 Illegal content under applicable EU law
• 🚫 Spam, phishing or fraud
• � Sharing others' personal data without consent (doxxing)
• 🚫 Attempts to attack or circumvent the service's security

5. Moderation

We may delete messages, ban IP addresses, and disclose IP data to authorities under a lawful order. You can report illegal content via the flag icon on any message or via our report page.

6. DSA (EU Digital Services Act)

Under EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) you have the right to report illegal content. Reports are processed in line with DSA requirements for micro/small platforms. DSA complaints: superchatten@proton.me.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content, losses from use, or downtime.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
